Legal reps for NFL legend Tom Brady have sent comedians Will Sasso and Chad Kultgen a cease and desist letter,

threatening to sue them if they don't remove the AI-created comedy special that Brady portrays. Hour-long special titled "It's Too Easy!"

The simulated Hour-long Comedy Special featured an AI version of Brady performing stand-up comedy and telling jokes of a crude nature.

According to the cease and desist letter, Brady's attorneys alleged the seven-time Super Bowl champion's "gross compromise"

and urged the podcast hosts to remove the video posted on their Patreon or face a lawsuit.

The couple agreed, but not without  objections to their podcast, pointing out that Brady's AI-generated portrait is clearly satirical in nature and analogous to star impersonations in sketch comedy."

Again, I think it's the First Amendment, that kind of free speech that we're dealing with here," Kultgen said. "Of course, it's a parody.
